Do You Truly Know What’s Inside Of Your Supplements?

On November 20, 2017, the Wall Street Journal published an article titled, “New Evidence for Critics of Weight-Loss and Sports Supplements”, addressing some serious safety concerns that the FDA has with supplements that are widely available to the public online, and in nutritional and grocery stores.

As you can imagine, as an owner of a high quality supplemental company, this article got my attention. I always ask my clients, especially the professional athletes I work with, “Do you truly know what’s inside of your supplements?”

I love to educate and remind them that not all supplements are as beneficial to their health and daily performance as they claim to be.Even, if the product claims to be ALL NATURAL or NON-GMO that does not mean it actually is, or even more importantly that it does not contain any fillers or harmful substances like Octodrine or 1,3 – DMAA mentioned in the WSJ article.

That is why I want you to gain the essential knowledge and make an intelligent decision by asking the right questions before you purchase the next supplement.

Make It A Part Of  Your Standard Safety Procedure.

Our Resync products had to undergo rigorous testing in order to be available to athletes in different professional leagues.
Resync was tested & approved by two 3rd party testing companies, NSF Certified For SPORT program, which was created to meet the growing demands of athletes, coaches and healthcare professionals to certify that sports supplements are safe and free from banned substances on the WADA list.
Leading sports organizations recommend the program, including the MLB, NFL, NHL, PGA, LPGA and WTA.
Every product that carries the NSF Certified for Sport® mark has undergone stringent laboratory testing to confirm content, purity and compliance.
Besides NSF Sport, Resync uses BSCG (Banned Substances Control Group) as well to double satisfy the safety of our consumers.

Through the testing process, we learned that the majority of the supplements available on the market are not tested, especially for the banned substances which can cause many dangerous side effects as described in the WSJ article.

So Should You Check, If Your Supplements Were Tested?

Absolutely!

I would actually suggest you watch and listen to one of my interviews conducted with an NSF International senior scientist, John Travis, who is one of the top experts in the realm of testing supplements.
You can access the interview “The Key Benefits of Consuming Tested Supplements” by clinking the link below

Here is what you can learn from my call with John Travis:

– What 3rd party companies marks you should be looking for when purchasing supplements
– What’s actually being tested and certified during the process
– Why extracts like green coffee bean is banned from pro sports, and who is responsible for bending particular substances
from professional leagues.
– Why FDA does not regulate the supplements
– What are the differences between NSF SPORT vs USDA ORGANIC or USP marks

I highly suggest you watch the interview to make sure that what you consume is tested and actually contains what it says on the label.

Always remember that under-recovered athlete becomes an injured athlete so fuel your body with the right nutrients to support your daily vitality and athletic recovery as well.
