Kicking off Monday with an energizing strawberry + coconut + almond butter smoothie bowl! We make smoothies (or smoothie bowls) pretty much every single day - I never get sick of them, and they’re such a great way to get an extra nutrient boost. Today’s smoothie is made with @resyncproducts recovery blend - it’s made with beet, aronia berry and red spinach, all three of which promote healthy blood flow. The perfect smoothie for a quick pick-me-up and boost of energy any time of the day! Recipe below.



PREPARATION
Blend everything until smooth and creamy. Pour into a bowl and top with granola, berries, almond butter, coconut.
MAIN INGREDIENTS
- 1 frozen banana
- 2 cups frozen strawberries
- 1 scoop Resync Recovery
- 1⁄2 cup coconut milk
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1⁄4 cup hemp seeds
- A squeeze of lime juice
- Pinch of salt
