- Please note free shipping for available options ONLY applies to our standard shipping (priority option) in USA (excluding Hawaii and Alaska)
Free shipping offers – offers which include free shipping will be send via USPS priority; please allow 2-3 business days for delivery after your order is placed, processed, and shipped out. (Free shipping valid for Contiguous US web orders only).
- Orders placed after 12pm EST may not go out until the next business day. Orders made over the weekend (including holiday weekends) will not go out until the next business day.
- International shipping is also available – delivery ETA eligibility varies by location. With international shipping, customer must agree to accept any potential additional import fees, VAT and taxes that may be applied at the customs.
Return Policy & Money Back Guarantee Conditions
Your order will generally be shipped the same day if your order is placed by 12pm EST. If your order is placed after that time or on a non-business day your order will ship the next business day. No C.O.D. will be accepted.
We want you to be 100% satisfied. With that being said, If your order was damaged during the delivery process, we will send a return label to ship the content back and will fully refund your purchase.
If the pouch or container was not fully sealed when received, the product must be returned and the order will be exchanged. We will not accept any refund request for used, or empty pouch, bottle or canister.
You must obtain a Return to Manufacturer Authorization, (RMA number) from the Customer Support department in order to send the product back for a refund. This RMA number can be obtained by calling 561-469-7655 or via email at email@example.com
The RMA number must be visibility written on the outside of the return box so the return can be processed by our returns department. Any return without the RMA number on the outside of the box will not be processed for refund.
