Healthy Blood Flow: The Life Fluid Of Our Body

Blood flow is the process through which blood circulates throughout the entire body, delivering essential nutrients and oxygen to every cell and organ while removing waste products.

Our blood has a lot of essential functions:

Oxygenation: The Fuel For Cellular Function

Oxygenation refers to the process of oxygen binding to hemoglobin in the red blood cells, which is then transported throughout the body. This oxygen is crucial for our cellular respiration, the process by which our cells produce energy. Oxygen, just like blood, has a lot of essential functions:

  • Energy Production - oxygen is essential for the production of adenosine triphosphate (ATP), cells’ primary energy currency. Without sufficient oxygen, cells cannot generate energy for various functions.
