Your order will generally be shipped the same day if it is placed by 12:00 p.m. EST. If your order is placed after this time or on a non-business day, it will ship the next business day. No C.O.D. will be accepted.

Return Policy & Money Back Guarantee Conditions
If your order is placed by 12 p.m. EST, it will generally be shipped the same day. If it is placed after that time or on a non-business day, it will ship the next business day. No C.O.D. will be accepted.
We want you to be 100% satisfied. If your order was damaged during delivery, we will send a return label to ship the product(s) back and will fully refund your purchase or exchange the damaged product(s) if preferred.
If the tub or container was not fully sealed when received, the product must be returned, and the order will be exchanged. We will not accept any refund requests for used or empty bottles or canisters.
To return a product for a refund, you must obtain a Return to Manufacturer Authorization (RMA number) from the Customer Support department. This RMA number can be obtained via email at info@resyncproducts.com
The RMA number must be visibility written on the outside of the return box so our returns department can process the return. Any return without the RMA number on the outside of the box will not be processed for a refund.
