We are always dedicated to making sure your experience ordering from Resync website is as smooth as possible. Please see below for the shipping methods we offer, so you can choose which is right for you and know when to expect your order.
United States shipping methods and delivery ETAs:
- USPS Priority Mail: 1-2 business days after the item ships (Standard Shipping Method)
- FedEx Ground: 4 business days after the item ships
- USPS Priority Mail Express: 1 business day after the item ships
- FedEx Priority Overnight: 1 business day after the item ships
Answers to some shipping FAQs:
- Please note free shipping for available options ONLY applies to our standard shipping (priority option) in USA (excluding Hawaii and Alaska)
- Free shipping offers – offers which include free shipping will be send via USPS priority; please allow 2-3 business days for delivery after your order is placed, processed, and shipped out. (Free shipping valid for Contiguous US web orders only).
- Orders placed after 2pm EST may not go out until the next business day. Orders made over the weekend (including holiday weekends) will not go out until the next business day.
- International shipping is also available – delivery ETA eligibility varies by location.
Your order will generally be shipped the same day if your order is placed by 2pm EST. If your order is placed after that time or on a non-business day your order will ship the next business day. No C.O.D. will be accepted. Refund will be in same form as original payment within 30 days of receipt of return date.
Resync 30-Day Money Back Guarantee
We want you to be 100% satisfied. If you are not, you may return the item within 30 days from the order date for a full refund of the purchase price, minus associated shipping and handling fees. The item must be returned, used or unused, and in good condition in its original box/bottle/canister. We will not accept any refund request for empty box/bottle/canister. You must present reason for the return, including photos with an explanation. You must obtain a Return to Manufacturer Authorization, (RMA number) from the Customer Support department in order to send the product back for a refund. This RMA number can be obtained by calling 1-561-469-7655 or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. The RMA number must be visibility written on the outside of the return box so the return can be processed by our returns department. Any return without the RMA number on the outside of the box will not be processed for refund.
