Loving these overnight oats parfaits with mixed berry + enhanced collagen chia jam 😍 but what the heck is enhanced collagen? as you all know I'm already obsessed with collagen, which is why I was over my head when I found out about resync your joints collagen blend, that has nitric oxide (my favorite pre workout because it's natural and it works 😎).
Nitric oxide works by widening your blood vessels allowing more oxygen to get to the muscles, hence we mortals get more energy ⚡️.
This collagen blend has collagen peptides as well as red spinach, aronia berry and red beet, hyaluronic acid and calcium. Anyyyyway...back to the recipe and here it goes.
