Shipping Information

We are committed to ensuring that your experience ordering from the Resync website is as smooth as possible. Please see below for the shipping methods we offer, allowing you to choose the one that's right for you and know when to expect your order.

 

Your order will generally be shipped the same day if it is placed by 12:00 p.m. EST. If your order is placed after this time or on a non-business day, it will ship the next business day. No C.O.D. will be accepted.

United States shipping methods and delivery ETAs:

• USPS Priority Mail: 1-2 business days after the item ships (Standard Shipping Method)
• FedEx Ground: 2-5 business days after the item ships to locations within the 48 contiguous United States. Delivery to Alaska and Hawaii can take 3-7 business days. Please note that weekends and holidays are not considered business days for FedEx Ground. 
• USPS Priority Mail Express: 1 business day after the item ships
• FedEx Priority Overnight: 1 business day after the item ships

Answers to some shipping FAQs:

• Please note that free shipping applies ONLY to our standard shipping (5-7 days) in the USA (excluding Hawaii and Alaska).
• Free shipping offers – offers that include free shipping will be sent via USPS. Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery after your order is placed, processed, and shipped out. (Free shipping valid for Contiguous US web orders only).
• Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. EST may not be shipped until the next business day. Orders placed over the weekend (including holiday weekends) will be shipped on the next business day.
• International shipping is also available – delivery ETA eligibility varies by location.
